ARBITRATION NOTICE: YOU ARE BOUND BY THE ARBITRATION PROVISION SET FORTH IN THE BUSINESS SERVICES TERMS. IF YOU ARE CONTRACTING WITH SNAP INC., THEN YOU AND SNAP INC. WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

These Snapchat Ads Perks Pilot Program Terms (“Pilot Program Terms”) form a legally binding contract between you and Snap, govern your participation in the pilot for the Snapchat Ads Perks Program (“Snapchat Ads Perks Pilot”), and are incorporated into the Snap Business Services Terms and any applicable Supplemental Terms and Policies. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Pilot Program Terms will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Business Services Terms.

(a) Program Description and Eligibility Requirements: 

The Snapchat Ads Perks Pilot provides you with certain benefits in exchange for your recurring prepayment of your Monthly Autopay Amount on Snap’s self-serve advertising products and services. 

The term of the Snapchat Ads Perks Pilot will begin on March 1, 2024, and terminate on May 30, 2024, unless extended or earlier terminated by Snap in its sole discretion. 

Access to the Snapchat Ads Perks Pilot is provided by Snap in its sole discretion. To be eligible to participate, you must complete the following prior to March 1, 2024: 

(1) be a business in the United States maintaining at least one active Snap Ads Manager account; and

(2) register and accept these Pilot Program Terms via the registration form provided to you in the Program Documentation; and

(3) successfully set up prepay and autoreload within your Snapchat Ads Manager account for purposes of recurring prepayment of the Monthly Autopay Amount (as defined below).  

(b) Program Benefits:

In exchange for recurring prepayment of your Monthly Autopay Amount (as defined below) and as specified in the program documentation (the “Program Documentation”) provided to you separately in writing (email acceptable), you will be eligible to receive certain benefits, including but not limited to Ad Credits and/or Snap’s provision to you of certain nonchargeable Creative Services Deliverables (such benefits collectively shall be the “Program Benefits”). 

Program Benefits will be granted on the first day of each calendar month, upon your recurring prepayment of the Monthly Autopay Amount for that month. All Program Benefits, including but not limited to monthly and one-time Ad Credits, must be used during the month in which they are granted, and will expire at the end of the last day of that applicable month. 

You will receive monthly ad credits, which may be used via the Business Services on eligible advertising opportunities on Snapchat (as determined by Snap in its sole discretion) (the “Ad Credits”). Ad Credits will be earned as a percentage of your Monthly Autopay Amount each month, as such percentage is designated in the Program Documentation, and will be provided to you via coupon or other mechanism determined by Snap. For clarity, Ad Credits will not be awarded in connection with any Snapchat Ads spend beyond your Monthly Autopay Amount amount during that month.

In addition, in exchange for your one-time Prepay Set-up Spend due at signup (as set forth in further detail below), you will receive in your first month a one-time fixed Ad Credit amount equal to the amount of the Prepay Set-up Spend amount. 

In connection with the Creative Services for each Deliverable produced subject to your Creative Services Program Benefit, you will be entitled to a maximum of two rounds of feedback, which may include re-generation and/or minor copy edits. 

Your use of the Creative Services Program Benefit and any resulting Deliverables will be subject to Snap’s Business Services Terms and applicable Supplemental Terms and Policies, including but not limited to Snap’s Creative Services Terms, Self-Serve Advertising Terms, and Ads Policies. 

(c) Monthly Autopay Amount; Billing and Payment; Prepay Set-up Spend; Use of Funds:

To participate in the Snapchat Ads Perks Pilot, you agree to prepay, on a recurring, autoreload basis, a fixed monthly amount as set forth in the Program Documentation (the “Monthly Autopay Amount”). The Monthly Autopay Amount will be automatically paid on a recurring basis on the first day of each month via the prepay and autoreload mechanisms in your Snapchat Ads Manager account.  You must enable prepay and schedule autoreload accordingly upon your enrollment. 

Please note that per Section 2(c) of the Snap Payment Terms, when you set up an ad account as a Prepay Ad Account, you will not be able to switch that ad account to another payment method in the future.

To enable prepayment in your Snapchat Ads Manager account, you will be required to make a one-time payment of $20 USD upon your enrollment in the Snapchat Ads Perks Pilot (the “Prepay Set-up Spend”). The Prepay Set-up Spend is non-refundable, and that amount will be allocated towards your spend on Snapchat Ads as set forth below.  

Funds from your payment of the Prepay Set-up Spend and your Monthly Autopay Amount, as well as any other amounts that you pay via the prepay feature in your Snapchat Ads Manager account, will be allocated towards your spend on Snapchat Ads as set forth in Section 2(c) of the Payment Terms. 

The one-time Prepay Set-up Spend and recurring Monthly Autopay Amounts are non-refundable; provided, however, that such paid amounts will not expire and will remain in your Snapchat Ads Manager account until used. You agree to use commercially reasonable efforts to use the entirety of your respective monthly Ad Credits and recurring Monthly Autopay Amounts during each applicable calendar month for which they are attributable. 

To avoid recurring prepayment of the Monthly Autopay Amount for a following month, you must opt-out and cancel your participation in the Snapchat Ads Perks Pilot as set forth in Section 2(a) below, titled “OPT OUT AND CANCELLATION.”

(d) Pilot Program & Feedback

The Snapchat Ads Perks Pilot is a pilot program, and you acknowledge that your participation in the Snapchat Ads Perks Pilot may assist Snap in evaluating and improving the Snapchat Ads Perks Pilot as well as other existing or prospective Snap programs, products, and/or tools. If you provide Snap with any comments, feedback, or other information associated with your participation in the Snapchat Ads Perks Pilot (“Feedback”), Snap will be free to use the Feedback now or in the future in any way without any compensation or obligation to you or any third party. For clarification, Feedback does not include, and Snap will not use, your name, and Snap will not publicly disclose your Snapchat Ads Perks Pilot performance results

(a) Opt Out and Cancellation 

You may opt out of the Snapchat Ads Perks Pilot at any time. Provided you opt-out and disable autoreload in your Snapchat Ads Manager account at least three (3) days prior to the end of an applicable month, your cancellation will become effective and you will not be charged for the recurring Monthly Autopay Amount for the following calendar month. 

Upon opting out, you may continue to use any paid, unspent Monthly Autopay Amounts in accordance with these Terms. Such amounts will remain non-refundable, but will not expire and will remain available in your Snapchat Ads Manager account until spent. For the avoidance of doubt, all Program Benefits will still expire in the month in which they were granted. 

To opt-out of the Snapchat Ads Perks Pilot, you may cancel your enrollment by completing both the following steps:

(1) emailing Snap at: AdsPerks@Snapchat.com; and

(2) disabling autoreload in your Snapchat Ads Manager

(b) Pilot Program Expiration

The term of the Snapchat Ads Perks Pilot will end on May 30, 2024. 

You are responsible for disabling autoreload in your Snapchat Ads Manager prior to expiration of the Snapchat Ads Perks Pilot. 

Upon expiration of the Snapchat Ads Perks Pilot, Program Benefits will no longer be provided for any amounts paid by you via the prepay and/or autoreload mechanisms in your Snapchat Ads Manager account. Accordingly, if the Snapchat Ads Perks Pilot has ended, but you do not disable autoreload in your Snapchat Ads Manager account, you will not be eligible to receive Program Benefits for any further Monthly Autopay Amounts.
