ARBITRATION NOTICE: YOU ARE BOUND BY THE ARBITRATION PROVISION SET FORTH IN THE BUSINESS SERVICES TERMS. IF YOU ARE CONTRACTING WITH SNAP INC., THEN YOU AND SNAP INC. WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

These Catalog Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Snap, govern the use of Snap’s catalog feature, and are incorporated into the Business Services Terms. Some terms used in these Catalog Terms are defined in the Business Services Terms.

You (or another entity on your behalf) will provide Snap and its affiliates with access to your product catalog via the Business Services in accordance with these Catalog Terms. Snap and its affiliates may use each catalog subject to the Business Services Terms, including to create and modify content to run via the Services, such as in ads you run, and as search, personalization, and recommendation results for shoppable products. You are responsible for verifying and maintaining the completeness and accuracy of all information, disclosures, and claims (direct or implied) in each catalog.

For purposes of clarity, your use of the Business Services to: (a) create, manage, and run content, including ads, featuring products from a catalog is subject to the Self-Serve Advertising Terms; and (b) display, facilitate the sale of, and sell any products from a catalog is subject to the Snap Merchant Terms. If there is a conflict or inconsistency between these Catalog Terms and the Self-Serve Advertising Terms or the Snap Merchant Terms, these Catalog Terms will govern.

All content you submit within a Product Set must be appropriate for people ages 13+. If any content within a Product Set requires age targeting by Applicable Law or industry standards in the region where that content may run, then you must apply that age targeting to that Product Set by selecting the correct age(s) in the submission tool, and Snap will not be liable if you fail to do so. If a required age-target option is not available, do not submit that Product Set. For purposes of these Catalog Terms, “Product Set” means the entire catalog or a subset of the catalog, as specified by you via the Business Services.

In summary: Any catalogs you provide Snap or its affiliates access to via the Business Services are subject to these Catalog Terms. You are responsible for applying the correct age targeting to each catalog in accordance with the requirements set out in these Catalog Terms. Use of a catalog with the Business Services may also be subject to additional Supplemental Terms including the Self-Service Advertising Terms and the Snap Merchant Terms.
