These Limited Data Use Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Snap, and are incorporated into the Business Services Terms. Some terms used in these Limited Data Use Terms are defined in the Business Services Terms.

If Event Data relating to your mobile apps or websites under the Snap Conversion Terms includes a limit data use signal that Snap honors (as described here), then Snap agrees not to link off the user’s device any identifiable user or device data within that Event Data with any identifiable user or device data relating to that user collected by Snap’s mobile apps for targeted advertising or advertising measurement purposes.

If these Limited Data Use Terms conflict with the Business Services Terms, any other Supplemental Terms and Policies, or the Snap Terms of Service, then to the extent of the conflict the governing documents will be, in descending order: these Limited Data Use Terms, the other Supplemental Terms and Policies, the Business Services Terms, and the Snap Terms of Service.
