Service Provider Terms
Effective: January 1, 2023
These Service Provider Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Snap, and are incorporated into the Business Services Terms. Some terms used in these Service Provider Terms are defined in the Business Services Terms. The terms “personal information,” “consumer,” and “sell” in these Service Provider Terms are used as defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended from time to time (“CCPA”).
To the extent you provide personal information of California consumers to Snap via Snap's customer list audience program, Snap will act as your service provider with respect to that personal information and agrees that it will not: (a) sell that personal information; or (b) retain, use, or disclose that personal information for any purpose other than for the specific purpose of providing the services as described in the Business Services Terms or as otherwise permitted under the CCPA.
If these Service Provider Terms conflict with the Business Services Terms, any Supplemental Terms and Policies, or the Snap Terms of Service, then to the extent of the conflict the governing documents will be, in descending order: these Service Provider Terms, the Supplemental Terms and Policies, the Business Services Terms, and the Snap Terms of Service.
