ARBITRATION NOTICE: YOU ARE BOUND BY THE ARBITRATION PROVISION SET FORTH IN THE BUSINESS SERVICES TERMS. IF YOU ARE CONTRACTING WITH SNAP INC., THEN YOU AND SNAP INC. WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

These Snap Audience Match Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Snap, govern the use of the Business Services for Snap’s audience match program (“Snap Audience Match”), and are incorporated into the Business Services Terms. Some terms used in these Snap Audience Match Terms are defined in the Business Services Terms.

For purposes of these Snap Audience Match Terms and the Business Services Terms, if the entity using Snap Audience Match has its principal place of business in France, then “Snap” means Snap Group SAS, or if that entity’s principal place of business is in Australia or New Zealand, then “Snap” means Snap Aus Pty Ltd, even if the entity using Snap Audience Match is acting as agent for another entity somewhere else.
