본 Snap 전환 약관은 귀하와 Snap 간의 법적 구속력 있는 계약을 형성하며, Snap 전환 프로그램을 위한 비즈니스 서비스("Snap 전환")의 이용에 적용되고, 비즈니스 서비스 약관에 통합됩니다. 본 Snap 전환 약관의 일부 용어는 비즈니스 서비스 약관에 정의되어 있습니다.

본 Snap 전환 약관 및 비즈니스 서비스 약관을 적용함에 있어서, Snap 전환을 이용하는 업자의 주요 사업장이 프랑스에 있는 경우에 "Snap"은 Snap Group SAS를 의미하며, 해당 업자의 주요 사업장이 호주 또는 뉴질랜드에 있는 경우에 "Snap"은 Snap Aus Pty Ltd를 의미합니다. 이는 본 비즈니스 서비스를 이용하는 업자가 그 밖의 지역에 있는 다른 업자의 대리인인 경우에도 마찬가지입니다.

Snap 전환은 픽셀, JavaScript SDK, API 또는 쿠키와 같은 Snap 도구를 통해, 여러 웹사이트나 앱, 또는 스토어에서 취해진 실행 관련 데이터를 포함한 데이터("이벤트 데이터")를 Snap 및 그 계열사가 수신할 수 있게 합니다. (a) 통찰력을 제공하기 위해, (b) 서비스를 개선·보충하기 위해(Snap의 타기팅 및 광고 효과 최적화 포함), 그리고 (c) 개인정보 보호정책이 허용하는 바에 따라 Snap 및 그 계열사는 서비스 제공을 위해 이벤트 데이터를 이용할 수 있습니다.

Snap은 (w) 관련 법률을 준수하기 위해 필요한 경우, (x) 귀하가 사전에 승인한 경우, (y) 서비스 개선을 위해 Snap의 계열사, 서비스 제공업체 및 대리인에게 제공하는 경우, (z) 본 Snap 전환 약관에 따라 달리 허용되는 경우를 제외하고, 이벤트 데이터를 제3자와 공유하지 않을 것입니다. Snap은 (aa) 이벤트 데이터가 Snap의 시스템 내에 있는 동안 그 보안과 무결성을 보호하고, (bb) Snap의 시스템 내에 있는 이벤트 데이터를 우발적 또는 무단 접속, 사용, 변경, 공개로부터 보호할 목적으로 설계된 보호 조치를 유지함으로써 이벤트 데이터의 기밀과 보안을 유지할 것입니다.

귀하는 Snap 전환을 다른 개인이나 업자에게 제공할 수 없습니다. 그러나 Snap이 비즈니스 서비스를 통해 제공할 수 있게 하는 경우는 예외이며, 이 경우 귀하는 그러한 개인이나 업자가 본 Snap 전환 약관에 따라 해당 개인이나 업자에게 부여된 의무를 준수하도록 할 것이며, 귀하가 그러한 의무에 대해 1차적인 책임을 질 것임을 진술하고·보증합니다. 본 Snap 전환 약관에서 규정하거나 Snap의 사전 서면 동의가 있는 경우를 제외하고, 귀하는 Snap이 Snap 전환과 관련하여 귀하에게 제공하는 데이터를, 서비스를 통해 실행된 귀하의 광고 캠페인 관리를 위한 내부 목적, 또는 귀하가 다른 업자의 대리인 자격으로 Snap 전환을 이용하는 경우에는 서비스를 통해 실행된 해당 업자의 광고 캠페인을 관리하는 내부 목적을 위해서만 이용할 수 있습니다. 또한 귀하는 귀하가 (a) 해당 데이터를 공개하지 않으며, (b) 서비스 이용자의 프로필을 생성하거나 보충하기 위해 해당 데이터를 이용하지 않으며, (c) 어떤 방식으로든 서비스 사용자를 다시 참여시키기 위해 해당 데이터를 이용하거나, 또는 (d) 해당 데이터를 계열사, 타사 광고 네트워크, 애드 익스체인지, 광고 중개인, 또는 기타 광고 서비스에 매도, 대여, 이전하거나 해당 데이터에 대한 액세스를 제공하지 않을 것에 동의합니다.

In addition to your representations and warranties under the Business Services Terms, you represent and warrant that: (a) you will comply with Applicable Law, applicable self-regulatory standards and guidelines, Apple App Store Review Guidelines, and Google Play policies and guidelines (collectively, “Rules”) in your performance under these Snap Conversion Terms; (b) Event Data will not contain any sensitive information or special category data, as defined in the Rules, including any information that is based on or includes: (i) an alleged or actual commission of a crime; (ii) health information; (iii) information about individuals you have actual knowledge are under the age of 13 (or, if greater than the age of 13, the minimum age at which the Processing of Personal Data of a Data Subject is lawful under Applicable Law); (iv) information about individuals collected from an online service directed to children; or (v) information about users’ financial status, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs or preferences, sex life or sexual preferences, or trade union membership; (c) you have secured, and will maintain, all necessary rights, licenses, and consents required to send the Event Data and for the Event Data to be used in accordance with these Snap Conversion Terms, including from all Data Subjects whose data is included in Event Data; (d) you will provide sufficient notice to each Data Subject in compliance with the Rules that the Data Subject’s information collected by you or your agents may be shared with and used by third parties for the purposes specified under these Snap Conversion Terms, including, at a minimum: (i) for websites, a clear and prominent notice on each webpage where you utilize Snap Conversion stating that third parties, including Snap, may use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to collect or receive information from your websites, apps, and elsewhere on the internet, and may use that information to provide measurement services, ad targeting, and other advertising services; (ii) for apps, a clear and prominent link inside your apps’ settings or your privacy policy, and from within any store or website where your apps are distributed, that explains that third parties, including Snap and its affiliates, may collect or receive information from your apps and other apps, and may use that information to provide measurement services, ad targeting, and other advertising services; and (iii) a clear and prominent notice about how and where users can opt out of the use of Event Data for ad targeting; (e) in jurisdictions that require informed consent for storing and accessing cookies or other information of a Data Subject (including the European Union), you must ensure, in a verifiable manner, that each Data Subject provides you with the necessary consent before you use Snap Conversion in connection with that Data Subject; and (f) you will promptly notify Snap of any actual or threatened complaint relating to Event Data and you will reasonably cooperate with Snap, at your expense, in responding or defending against any such complaint.

본 Snap 전환 약관은 Snap 전환과 관련한 귀하와 Snap 간의 완전한 이해 및 합의를 명시하며, Snap 전환과 관련된 귀하와 Snap 간의 기타 모든 합의를 대체합니다.
