Updates to Snap Spotlight Submission and Revenue Terms

Effective: January 1, 2024

We’re making some changes to the Snap Spotlight Submission and Revenue Terms (“Terms”) that will go into effect as of the “Effective” date listed above.  The prior version of the Terms, which will remain in effect until the Effective Date, is available here.  Please carefully review the updated Terms and familiarize yourself with the changes.  For your convenience, we’re highlighting the changes below that might be most important to you:    

• We’re modifying the eligibility criteria for a Qualifying Snap. We have increased (i) the View Threshold to 10,000 total unique video views and (ii) reduced the number of days on which at least 10 unique Snaps must be submitted to 5 days. These changes are likely to impact your eligibility for payment, and may affect both the frequency and the amount you may be eligible to receive.  Please review the updated “Spotlight Payment Eligibility” Section for more information.

If you wish to agree to the changes, please press “Okay” when prompted in the Snapchat application or on the web (as applicable) to accept the updated Terms. If you do not wish to agree to any of the changes in the updated Terms, you must stop using Spotlight prior to the “Effective” date listed above.
