ARBITRATION NOTICE: YOU ARE BOUND BY THE ARBITRATION PROVISION SET FORTH IN THE BUSINESS SERVICES TERMS. IF YOU ARE CONTRACTING WITH SNAP INC., THEN YOU AND SNAP INC. WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

INTRODUCTION

These Snapchat Ads Rewards Pilot Program Terms (“Pilot Program Terms”) form a legally binding contract between you and Snap, govern your participation in the pilot for the Snapchat Ads Rewards Program (“Pilot”), and are incorporated into the Snap Business Services Terms and any applicable Supplemental Terms and Policies. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Pilot Program Terms will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Business Services Terms. 

1. SNAPCHAT ADS REWARDS PILOT

(a) Program Description and Eligibility Requirements: 

The Snapchat Ads Rewards Pilot provides you with certain benefits in exchange for enrolling in the Pilot and endeavoring to reach  certain monthly minimums in connection with your spend on Snap’s self-serve advertising products and services. 

The term of your participation in the Pilot will begin on the date on which you enroll, and terminate at the end of either the third (3rd) or sixth (6th) calendar month after the date of your enrollment (depending on which tier you choose to enroll in), unless extended or earlier terminated by Snap in its sole discretion. For example, if you enroll in a three-month tier and your enrollment date is June 10, the Pilot will terminate on August 31. 

Access to the Snapchat Ads RewardsPilot is provided by Snap in its sole discretion. To be eligible to participate, you must complete the following: 

1. be a business in select countries in the Middle East or North Africa regions (as determined by Snap in its sole discretion), maintaining at least one active Snap Ads Manager account; and

2. register and accept these Pilot Program Terms via the registration form provided to you in the Program Documentation.

(b) Program Benefits:

In exchange for reaching your Monthly Minimum Spend (as defined below) and as specified in the program documentation (the “Program Documentation”) provided to you separately in writing (email acceptable), you will be eligible to receive certain benefits, including but not limited to Ad Credits and/or Snap’s provision to you of certain nonchargeable Creative Services Deliverables (such benefits collectively shall be the “Program Benefits”). Program Benefits are subject to the following terms and conditions, in addition to any additional terms and conditions contained in the Program Documentation. 

Program Benefits will be provided on the first day of each full calendar month, provided you have reached your Monthly Minimum Spend for the prior month. All Program Benefits, including but not limited to monthly Ad Credits, must be used during the month in which they are granted, and will expire at the end of the last day of that applicable month. 

Provided you met your Monthly Minimum Spend for a given month, you will receive ad credits for use in the following month, which may be used via the Business Services on eligible advertising opportunities on Snapchat (as determined by Snap in its sole discretion) (the “Ad Credits”). Ad Credits will be calculated as a percentage of your Monthly Minimum Spend, as such percentage is designated in the Program Documentation, and will be provided to you via coupon or other mechanism determined by Snap. For clarity, Ad Credits will not be calculated based on any Snapchat Ads spend other than your Monthly Minimum Spend amount. 

Ad Credits may be used to fund a maximum of twenty percent (20%) of the total chargeable amount of any eligible advertising spend on Snapchat. 

In connection with the Creative Services for each Deliverable produced subject to your Creative Services Program Benefit, you will be entitled to a maximum of two rounds of feedback, which may include re-generation and/or minor copy edits. 

Your use of the Creative Services Program Benefit and any resulting Deliverables will be subject to Snap’s Business Services Terms and applicable Supplemental Terms and Policies, including but not limited to Snap’s Creative Services Terms, Self-Serve Advertising Terms, and Ads Policies. 

(c) Monthly Minimum Amount; Pausing, Reduction, or Revocation of Program Benefits:

To participate in the Pilot, you agree to meet, on a monthly basis, a fixed minimum monthly amount of spend on Snap’s self-serve advertising products and services, as set forth in the Program Documentation (the “Monthly Minimum Spend”). If you fail to meet your Monthly Minimum Spend in any given month, Snap may pause, reduce, or revoke your Program Benefits, and/or terminate your enrollment in the Pilot, in Snap’s sole discretion. 

(d) Pilot Program & Feedback

The Snapchat Ads Rewards Pilot is a pilot program, and you acknowledge that your participation in the Pilot may assist Snap in evaluating and improving the Pilot as well as other existing or prospective Snap programs, products, and/or tools. If you provide Snap with any comments, feedback, or other information associated with your participation in the Pilot (“Feedback”), Snap will be free to use the Feedback now or in the future in any way without any compensation or obligation to you or any third party. For clarification, Feedback does not include, and Snap will not use, your name, and Snap will not publicly disclose your Pilot performance results.

2. OPT OUT AND CANCELLATION; PILOT PROGRAM EXPIRATION

(a) Opt Out and Cancellation 

You may cancel your enrollment in the Pilot at any time by emailing your Snap account management representative. 

Upon opting out, you may continue to use any earned, unused Program Benefits in accordance with these Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, all Program Benefits will still expire in the month in which they were granted. 

(b) Pilot Program Expiration

Notwithstanding your date of enrollment, the Term of the Pilot will expire on December 31, 2024. Upon expiration or your termination of your participation in the Snapchat Ads RewardsPilot, Program Benefits will no longer be provided for any amounts you spend on Snap’s self-serve advertising products and services.
