PLEASE NOTE: WE’RE UPDATING THE TERMS FOUND BELOW. THE UPDATED TERMS WILL BE EFFECTIVE ON JULY 1, 2021 AND CAN BE FOUND HERE. YOUR USE OF THE BUSINESS SERVICES STARTING ON JULY 1, 2021 WILL BE SUBJECT TO THOSE UPDATED TERMS.

ARBITRATION NOTICE: YOU ARE BOUND BY THE ARBITRATION PROVISION SET FORTH IN THE BUSINESS SERVICES TERMS. IF YOU ARE CONTRACTING WITH SNAP INC., THEN YOU AND SNAP INC. WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

These Dynamic Catalog Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Snap, govern the use of Snap’s dynamic catalog feature, and supplement and are incorporated into the Self-Serve Advertising Terms. For clarification, the Self-Serve Advertising Terms continue to apply to the creation and management of Materials, including ads, submitted via the Business Services. Some terms used in these Dynamic Catalog Terms are defined in the Business Services Terms or Self-Serve Advertising Terms. If these Dynamic Catalog Terms conflict with the Self-Serve Advertising Terms, then to the extent of the conflict these Dynamic Catalog Terms govern.

You (or another entity on your behalf) will import, upload, or otherwise provide Snap with access to your Catalog via the Business Services in accordance with these Dynamic Catalog Terms. Snap and its affiliates may use the Catalog to create and modify Materials for you to run via the Services. Those Materials are subject to the Self-Serve Advertising Terms, and you are responsible for ensuring those Materials comply with Applicable Law and for verifying and maintaining the completeness and accuracy of all information, disclosures, and claims (direct or implied) in the Materials. For purposes of these Dynamic Catalog Terms, “Catalog” means any Materials relating to your products and services, including any information, description, price, fees, tax, policies, and other disclosures.

All Materials you submit within a Product Set must be appropriate for people ages 13+. If any Materials within a Product Set require age targeting by Applicable Law or industry standards in the region where those Materials may run, then you must apply that age targeting to that Product Set by selecting the correct age(s) in the submission tool, and Snap will not be liable if you fail to do so. If a required age-target option is not available, do not submit that Product Set. For purposes of these Dynamic Catalog Terms, “Product Set” means the entire Catalog or a subset of the Catalog, as specified by you via the Business Services.
