ARBITRATION NOTICE: YOU ARE BOUND BY THE ARBITRATION PROVISION SET FORTH IN THE BUSINESS SERVICES TERMS. IF YOU ARE CONTRACTING WITH SNAP INC., THEN YOU AND SNAP INC. WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

These Snap Conversion Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Snap, govern the use of the Business Services for Snap’s conversion program (“Snap Conversion”), and are incorporated into the Business Services Terms. Some terms used in these Snap Conversion Terms are defined in the Business Services Terms.

Snap Conversion enables Snap and its affiliates to receive data, including about actions taken on websites, apps, or in stores (“Event Data”) through Snap tools like pixels, JavaScript SDKs, APIs, or cookies. Snap and its affiliates may use Event Data to provide the Services, including: (a) to provide insights; (b) to improve and supplement the Services (including to optimize Snap’s targeting and ad effectiveness); and (c) as permitted under the Privacy Policy.

Snap will not share Event Data with third parties except: (w) as required to comply with Applicable Law; (x) if you have provided prior authorization; (y) to its affiliates, service providers, and agents to improve the Services; or (z) as otherwise permitted under these Snap Conversion Terms. Snap will maintain the confidentiality and security of Event Data by maintaining safeguards that are designed to: (aa) protect the security and integrity of Event Data while it is within Snap’s systems; and (bb) guard against the accidental or unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure of Event Data within Snap’s systems. If Event Data includes any personal data, the Personal Data Terms, including the Data Processing Agreement and Limited Data Use Terms, apply.

You may not make Snap Conversion available to any individual or entity unless Snap enables you to do so via the Business Services, and in that event, you represent and warrant that you will procure that such individual or entity will comply with, and you will remain primarily liable for, any obligations ascribed to that individual or entity under these Snap Conversion Terms. Subject to the restrictions above and in the Business Services Terms, and except as Snap may otherwise approve in writing, you may use Business Services Data that Snap makes available to you in connection with Snap Conversion only for your internal use to manage your advertising campaigns run via the Services or, if you are using Snap Conversion as agent for another entity, to manage that entity’s advertising campaigns run via the Services.

Estes Termos do Snap Conversion estabeleceram a totalidade dos entendimentos e avenças entre você e a Snap com relação ao Snap Conversion, e substitui todos os outros acordos entre você e a Snap relativos ao Snap Conversion.

Em resumo: seu uso do programa de Conversão da Snap (incluído por meio do uso do Pixel do Snap e API Conversions da Snap) está sujeito a estes termos.
